Order, pickup and shipping policy

Ordering process

The weekly orders will be taken from Friday until Thursday at 5pm mountain time, for both pickup and shipping.

Processing Time:

For pickup: All weekly menu orders (from Saturday through Thursday) will be processed on Friday morning and It can be picked up on Friday between 12 noon and 6 pm at Orem, Utah. The address will be emailed to you once we receive your order. 

For delivery: The shipping of all weekly menu orders (from Saturday through Thursday) will be processed on Friday and will take 3-4 business days to be shipped out on Monday by the shipping company.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods:

We offer standard shipping through trusted carriers. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your order. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Packaging:

To ensure that your macarons arrive in perfect condition, we take great care in packaging them securely. Our packaging is designed to maintain freshness and prevent any damage during transit. We take extra precautions to prevent melting during transit. This may include using insulated packaging and ice packs, as necessary. 

Delivery Schedule:

While we do our best to estimate delivery times accurately, please note that actual delivery dates may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

Delivery Issues:

All orders returned due to an incorrect address or being incomplete are subject to an additional charge if you still wish to receive the product.

It is your responsibility to correctly enter your address into the system during checkout, ensuring that all lines are entered correctly. Remember to accurately input your phone number and email address.

Cancellation and refunds process

To cancel an order from the weekly menu, you can only do so until Thursday at 6 pm. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable for any reason once Migajas Bakery LLC sends you a tracking number. 

Shipping Holidays:

Please note that our shipping carriers may observe certain holidays, which could impact delivery times. Be sure to check their holiday schedules for any potential delays.
